What is Di’s Studio Designs?
Di’s Studio Designs is an online gift shop where you can purchase or request gifts, custom event decor, and home decor with a whimsical floral, fairy, or Celtic-inspired touch.
Are the items listed in the online shop all that is available?
The items listed in the shop are one-of-a-kind pieces that are limited in quantity. My shop is updated periodically whenever new items are made. For custom requests, send an email to dmlilly@disstudiodesigns.com.
Can I request custom designs?
Yes! If you’d like a gift that is truly unique or have a wedding or other special event, I can create custom designs for you. Send your request to dmlilly@disstudiodesigns.com.
Do you handle business-2-business requests?
Yes! If you are a restaurant, hotel, home stager, or interior designer with a custom request, email me at dmlilly@disstudiodesigns.com with your contact information.
What are the payment options?
Items listed on the online shop are purchased through Square or PayPal. Custom orders will be handled directly through me via PayPal or Square.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! A link to gift cards is on my home page at https://www.disstudiodesigns.com/index.html/.
What do I do if I have a return?
Please email me at dmlilly@disstudiodesigns.com with return requests. Monies will be refunded—minus return shipping costs—upon receipt of returned/damaged item. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
What if I change my mind after requesting a custom order?
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment upfront. Any monies above and beyond the initial deposit will be refunded.
How do I pay for custom orders?
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment, with the remaining balance due before the finished items are shipped. Payments are processed directly through me via Square or PayPal. No checks are accepted at this time.
Are your candleholders safe for use with wax candles?
My candleholders are designed for LED votive candles—a safer alternative to real candles with open flames.
Are your fairy houses okay to use outdoors?
My fairy houses are coated with a sealant but are not built to withstand outdoor weather. The houses are made for indoor decorative use only with LED candles and fairy light strands.
Can I request personalization in a custom order?
I can do a small amount of letter or word stenciling on a case-by-case basis.
Are your wood-burned pieces done by hand or laser?
All of my wood-burned pieces are hand drawn and wood burned directly onto the wood surface, which is then coated with a sealant to protect the artwork.
